Charles Demarco, Founder and Principal of The Demarco Group, has been in the Insurance Recruiting Industry for 20+ years. He was born & raised in New York and has a degree in Business Administration/Economics from Ithaca College. Charles relocated to Los Angeles in 1986 and currently resides in South Bay with his family. Prior to the recruiting industry, Charles had a proven track record in sales and his experience and expertise allows us to be successful in acheiving our clients and candidates needs.
Charles has also contributed to several children sports programs, such as AYSO, MBYB, Mira Costa High School Softball, Football, and Baseball. The Demarco Group is an active member of the (MBEF) Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and a contributor to the Los Angeles Firefighter & Police Organization.
Brenda Demarco, originally from New York, has been in the recruitment industry for 20 years. She began her career in the early 90's where she joined Career Group in Los Angeles where she recruited full-time administrative and finance candidates. In 2005, she and business partner Chuck, created JK Staffing which is now The Demarco Group, specializing in insurance recruiting in the cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County.
Jenna Demarco began her recruiting venture in 2011, where she took on an assistant role and Charles Demarco, father, started training her in various aspects of the industry. Jenna became one of the top sales account executives in 2014, bringing on new clientele and candidates, while taking tremendous pride in her customer service skills and modern approach to recruiting. Jenna handles all administrative, website, and newsletter tasks as well as recruiting.
Kyle Demarco, a college graduate with a B.A in health sciences from Long Island University and scholared baseball athlete, is our director of talent acquisition with an excellent industry reputation who works with top industry producers, executives, and the account management teams. He has successfully succeeded in placing employees by exceeding annual placement goals by 150% in the past three years. With exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude, he is your go to guy.
